Vivaha fully complies with applicable laws and Google Play Developer Program Policies regarding child safety and data protection.

1. Eligibility: No Use by Minors (Under 18)

Vivaha does not allow anyone under the age of 18 to create an account or use any features of the platform. Users must confirm they are 18+ at registration. Accounts suspected or identified as belonging to a minor will be immediately suspended and removed.

Vivaha does not knowingly collect, store, or process any personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If child data is inadvertently collected, it will be deleted promptly upon discovery.
