Vivaha is a matrimony platform operated by Eleven-Eleven Works LLC and is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. We are committed to the absolute protection of children and minors and maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.
1. Adults Only — 18+ Requirement
Vivaha does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register, access, or use the platform in any capacity. Users must confirm they are 18 or older at the time of account creation. Accounts identified or suspected as belonging to a minor are immediately suspended and permanently removed.
2. Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Vivaha has an absolute zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form. The following content and conduct are strictly and explicitly prohibited on Vivaha:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — any image, video, text, or other content that sexually exploits or depicts minors
- Grooming — any attempt to build trust with a minor for the purpose of future or ongoing exploitation or abuse
- Sextortion — threatening or coercing any person, especially a minor, with sexual content for material gain or further abuse
- Child trafficking — recruiting, transporting, transferring, or receiving minors for exploitation
- Sexual solicitation of minors — seeking, requesting, or offering sexual content or acts involving anyone under 18
- Sexualized content involving minors — any content that depicts, describes, or sexualizes a person under 18 years of age
- Any facilitation of the above — including sharing, linking, or distributing prohibited content through Vivaha
Violations of this policy result in immediate permanent account termination and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.
3. No Data Collection From Children
Vivaha does not knowingly collect, store, or process personal information from any individual under the age of 18. Vivaha complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable international child data protection laws. If we discover that data has been inadvertently collected from a minor, it will be deleted promptly and the associated account will be permanently closed.
4. In-App and Email Reporting
Vivaha provides users with in-app mechanisms to report profiles, photos, and any other user-submitted content that they believe violates our child safety policies. Every user profile includes a report option — with a dedicated child-safety category — accessible without leaving the app, alongside the option to block the user. Vivaha does not currently offer user-to-user messaging; if messaging is introduced, an equivalent in-message reporting mechanism will be added.
Users may also report suspected child safety violations, CSAE, or CSAM directly by email to our designated child safety contact:

All child safety reports are reviewed promptly. We treat every report with the highest priority.

- Immediate removal of the violating content from the platform
- Immediate suspension or permanent termination of the offending account
- Preservation of relevant evidence in accordance with applicable legal requirements

Eleven-Eleven Works LLC is committed to reporting any confirmed or credible instance of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) encountered on or through the Vivaha platform to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at missingkids.org/gethelpnow/cybertipline, as required under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and applicable law.
Where Vivaha operates in jurisdictions outside the United States, we will additionally report to the relevant national authority as required by local law.

We maintain an internal moderation process with escalation paths for suspected CSAE violations. Our moderation team is trained to handle such reports with urgency, discretion, and compliance with legal obligations.
