Vivaha is operated by Eleven-Eleven Works LLC. Whatever you need help with, you can reach a person at the address below — you do not need the app installed to contact us.

1. General Support

So we can help you quickly, please include the email address registered to your Vivaha account and a short description of the problem. Please do not send us your password — we will never ask for it.

2. Reporting a User or a Safety Concern

The fastest way to report someone is in the app: open their profile, tap the ⋮ menu, and choose Report or Block. Reports go straight to our moderation team, and reporting a user blocks them from you immediately.

If you cannot use the app, email support@11-11works.com with the subject Abuse Report.

Child safety concerns

Reports involving child safety, CSAE, or CSAM are treated with the highest priority and reviewed ahead of everything else. Report them in the app using the Child Safety category, or email support@11-11works.com with the subject Child Safety Report. See our Child Safety & CSAE Policy for how we handle these.

3. Account Deletion

You can delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete Account. If you no longer have the app installed, see Delete Your Account for how to request deletion by email, and for exactly what is deleted and what is retained.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, not by Vivaha directly — so refunds and cancellations are handled by the store, not by us:

If something looks wrong with your subscription inside Vivaha itself, email us and we will look into it.

5. Privacy and Data Requests

To access, correct, export, or restrict your personal data, email support@11-11works.com with the subject Privacy Request. Your rights and how we handle these requests are set out in our Privacy Policy.
