These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vivaha, a matrimony application operated by Eleven-Eleven Works LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company based in Chicago, Illinois, USA. By creating an account or using Vivaha, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Adults Only — 18+ Requirement
Vivaha is exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, access features, or use the platform in any way. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be immediately and permanently terminated.
2. User Eligibility and Account Responsibility
By using Vivaha, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You will keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with others
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Vivaha complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Vivaha. Violation of any item below may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and may be reported to law enforcement:
- Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation
- Harassing, threatening, stalking, or intimidating other users
- Sending unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
- Posting false, misleading, or defamatory content
- Collecting or harvesting personal data of other users without consent
- Using the platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by Eleven-Eleven Works LLC
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform, servers, or accounts
- Transmitting malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
- Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
4. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Vivaha has an absolute zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). The following are explicitly and strictly prohibited:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — any content that sexually depicts or exploits minors
- Grooming — cultivating trust with a minor for purposes of exploitation or abuse
- Sextortion — coercing or threatening any person, especially a minor, using sexual content
- Child trafficking — any recruitment, facilitation, or participation in the trafficking of minors
- Sexual solicitation of minors — any request for or offer of sexual content or contact involving anyone under 18
- Sexualized content involving minors — any material that depicts, describes, or sexualizes a person under 18
- Facilitation of the above — including linking, sharing, or distributing prohibited content
Any user found to have engaged in CSAE-related conduct will be permanently banned, relevant evidence will be preserved, and the matter will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and law enforcement as required by law.
5. Reporting Abuse
If you encounter content or conduct that violates these Terms — including any suspected CSAE violation — please report it immediately:
- In-app: Use the report button available on every user profile
- Email: support@11-11works.com with subject line Abuse Report or Child Safety Report
We review all reports promptly and treat child safety reports with the highest priority.
6. Content You Post
You retain ownership of content you submit to Vivaha. By posting content, you grant Eleven-Eleven Works LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Vivaha platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you post and that it does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.
We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the community.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
Eleven-Eleven Works LLC reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have:
- Violated any provision of these Terms
- Provided false or misleading information during registration
- Engaged in conduct harmful to other users or the platform
- Engaged in or facilitated any CSAE-related conduct
- Acted in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of a safe matrimony community
You may also delete your account at any time via the in-app account settings (Settings → Delete Account) or, if you no longer have the app installed, by contacting us at support@11-11works.com. Full instructions, and details of what is deleted and what is retained, are on our Delete Your Account page. Deleting your account does not erase reports or evidence relating to conduct on the platform, which we retain for safety and abuse-investigation purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. Termination does not affect any legal obligations that survive under these Terms.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Vivaha is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Eleven-Eleven Works LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eleven-Eleven Works LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Vivaha after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
